Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Smaller items typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while larger equipment such as riding mowers and zero-turn units ships via LTL freight and can take a bit longer due to palletized delivery scheduling. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window as soon as your order ships.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking number and carrier details. You can also check the status of your order anytime from our Order Status page using your order number and email address.
Please contact us as soon as possible with a few photos of the damage and the packaging. We’ll work with you right away to arrange a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund, whichever gets you back up and running fastest.
Yes. We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Contact our support team to start a return and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses at this time. Free standard shipping is included on most items within the contiguous U.S.
